Printing & Troubleshooting
How to Print
💻 At Home
1. Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat (free to download).
2. Select Actual Size or 100% scale in your print settings.
3. Use good-quality paper (we love 28–32 lb bright white).
4. Print in color or black-and-white — whichever fits your style.
🏪 At Staples, Office Depot, or Local Print Shop
1. Save your file to a USB or email it to yourself.
2. Tell the printer: “Print at actual size, single-sided, full color”.
3. Ask about heavier paper stock for a polished, journal-ready feel.
📚 Binding Options
- 3-Ring binder with plastic sleeves.
- Coil binding at a local print shop.
- Clipboards or discs for modular planners.
✨ Tip: Always test print 1–2 pages before printing the whole file.

- Switch browsers.
3. Pages look cut off

4. Printer won’t print
- Update printer software.
- Test print one page.
- Try another device or shop.
5. File looks blurry
- Use original PDF, not screenshots.
